Tiger Tiger Burning Bright!

Fans of big cats are in for a treat at the Tabernacle in Notting Hill this week as the British artist Karen Cotton displays a selection of Tiger etchings inspired by her travels across India.

The exhibition has been organised in support of the Wildlife Protection Society of India, whose field teams gather real-time information on wildlife crimes to assist government enforcement agencies.

Karen, based in London, belongs to the Cotton family which has served in India throughout the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. “My etchings are drawn from memory of the trips I took to India in the early 2000s. The tigers made a lasting impression on me, they are amazing animals which are in serious danger and which need our support”.

This very special exhibition of limited edition prints and etchings runs at the Tabernacle, 35 Powis Square, off Portobello Road, London W11 2AY until 10th November 2018.
